In the first or second episode, not sure which one, near the end, after they pull off the Crazy Ivan, look at the pilots hand. It looks like its holding something, but when you examine it further, he's really just holding his hand as if grabbing the controls, then a few seconds later, he has the controls in his hands. I don't know if this was on the commentary, never watched it with the commentary. My friend and I caught this one night, when he was introducing me to the series.
