When Jack first wakes up in his "glimpse" he gets in his mini-van and rushes to his apartment. After he argues with Tony (doorman), he leaves and goes to his office building. When he is walking through the revolving door he accidentally hits his forhead pretty hard. It happens pretty fast and from his facial expression you can tell that he's in pain.
