The wind starts to blow, and the white jacket he is wearing starts to blow around. And not just a little, its a lot. His hair too is blowing around. Right when the wind starts to pick up a lot and get heavy, the camera moves to see him from a side view. And his hair and jacket are still. There is nothing blowing in the wind.
