In the episode "Tomato Paste", I found three areas where mistakes in color were made. First, when Hoo-Ha is talking to Lumpus after Edward's trial, his eyes keep changing from white to yellow. Then when Hoo-Ha is marching in front of the Bean Scouts before he was attacked by Lumpus and Edward, we see that Samson is a lighter shade of gray than usual, almost white even. Then a few seconds later he is normal. And finally when Slinkman and Lumpus are standing by the flagpole at the very end, Slinkman's tail is the same color as his shirt. Yeah, all in one episode.
