About 11 mins into the film, there is a scene of Jason riding back to shore on a boat. They arrive at the pier and Jason begins to walk away. As he does, a little meter maid type vehicle drives by. At the same time, two people cross in front of the foreground. At that moment Jason Bourne appears to disappear.

However, if you watch very closely, as the people cross in front of the camera you will see Matt Damon (probably instructed by the director) duck down and hop on to the side of the meter truck. He and his red jacket are visible at the driver's side of the vehicle as it drives off the screen. Who needs high budget camera trickery, when you can just duck!!?
