In The Simpsons movie begining in the church where Grandpa has a "religious Outburst" They stop him by rolling him in the carpet and dragging him out of the church. When they open the doors the background appears to go straight onto the street outside but later in the film when the bomb is going to detonate Bart goes to the church to find Flanders he goes in and when he opens the church doors there seems to be a whole extra room back there behind the doors instead of just steps leading onto the street.
