Go to the scene where the little girl with sores all over her body gives the prophecy to the Mayans bringing their captures out of the forest. She begins talking about the "man who brings the jaguar." Notice the position of the sores on her face, in particular the large one on the left side. The scene cuts to the face of one of the Mayans, and when it returns to the little girl, the sore has inexplicably lept to the right side of her face. Now that's magic!
