In the episode where Shake opens the internet pop-up ads all over the house, in approximately the first three minutes, Shake and Meatwad are discussing teeth and plaque. Shake says something about teeth being pointless or something similar, to which Meatwad replies, "How do you know, you don't even have teeth".

Shake agrees, stating that he had all his teeth removed at an early age. However, the entire time this is being discussed (and the entire episode) while Shake talks, a whole row of teeth is visible.
