when roxy somehow moves them to the beach the backround is straight and still

the picture in the backround is supposedly the beach with the sea and some sand

to make it worse there is a sound of waves birds ect but if there was waves moving and birds flying

why was there a picture of the sea staying still and the birds staying still too

hmmm...i wonder
