At the part where Troy is playing basketball for the championship and then suddenly the lights start flickering on and off,he is clearly seen running from the gym in a white vest and white shorts. However,when he runs into the main hall for his callback with Gabriella,he is wearing a white tracksuit. If he was in such a hurry to get to his callback,he wouldn't have had time to get changed.

This also happens at the end. When he actually wins the championship game,he is wearing his shorts and vest again, but when 'We're all in this together' starts-he is miraculously back in his tracksuit.
