When Luke is about to destroy the Death Star, he has red 2 (wedge) and red 3 (Biggs). They are bothin X-wings. Wedge leaves and Biggs is killed. That leaves Wedge, Luke, and Han. In the end, there are four ships including some random Y-Wing in the mix
