When Nicholas Cage's character is mixing the glow in the dark solution, he goes to put his fingers in it and he's is holding the campaign button. But when his fingers actually touch the water, the buttom is gone. It's after he makes the smiley face on his desk/table that he then picks the button to dip it in the water. Why would he have it in his hands in the first place if he was just going to test the solution?
