In the season 5 episode "Revelations" (the last one of the season), approx. 27 minutes in (w/o commercials) As O'Neill and Teal'c approach the door to the room with the shield generator, in the hallway branching off to the right, behind Teal'c, you can see a figure kneeling and crouched over, possibly one of the film crew. At first I thought it may have been Carter, but the hologram appears moments later.
