Pirates of the Caribbean (The Curse of the Black Pearl) - Pirates Gold

If you notice in the scene where jack and the other pirate guy are fighting in the cave, there is a part where Will and Elizabeth are talking. On Will, there is one of the pirates gold necklace. Shouldn't he be cursed, too?!
