In the Tales Of The Unexpected episode "The Hitchhiker", after the writer and the hitchhiker have gotten back into the car and are travelling again, the hitchhiker rolls a cigarette. This simple operation is accomplished far too quickly for a normal person, and being vital to the story, as such is noticed by the writer. Here's the problem: the writer's hands are on the steering wheel, and thus his arms are supposed to keep the camera from viewing the cigarette-rolling activity in the vicinity of the hitchhiker. Unfortunately, through the driver's arms, the viewer can clearly see the hitchhiker drop the non-assembled cigarette in his lap and pick up an assembled one for display in the short time provided.
