Okay, in the episode "Slumber Party", Andy taunts Gracie, because it's NOT her birthday. And she gets back at him, by placing a cupcake on his chair. But only a few minutes later, when Andy is talking to Jim, we see the back of his pants, which are prefectly clean, no remains of said stain.
