Near the end when the women is listening to the cd that incriminates Matt Damon, you can see that the headphone on her left is marked "R" indicating the side it is to be worn but its on her left ear.
In that scene, Matt Damon heads for the shower, so she didn't have much time to listen to the CD. I'm sure she could care less which ear she had the head phones on.
