Near the end of the episode, Colonel Caldwell arrives with his ship the Daedulus to rescue Colonel Sheppard's team from the erupting super volcano. After successfully recovering Teyla and Ronon, he says the reason he hadn't already saved Sheppard and McKay was because he couldn't use the asgard transporters. Moments later, he suddenly asks someone if he can use the transporters. I for one am confused.
