Hogan's Heroes - Wrong Aircraft
During several episodes over the course of the 6 seasons, when a night parachute drop occurs the aircraft used is a C-119. This aircraft did not exhist til about 1950 and was used during the Korean Conflict. The producers obviously used "stock footage" from the studio library without knowing it was the wrong era.

The C-119 was a redesign of the C-82 Packet (they look a lot alike)...but, it doesn't really matter that much...the C-82 wasn't used until 1944.
