On the CSI New York episode, week of February 5, 2007 - Guest Star Chris Angel - the story is about an illusionist (magician) that is killing people based on his illusions.

When Gary Sinise and a detective are questioning the owner of a magic shop they show him a photograph of a dead female from the neck up. The magic shop owner says that he recognizes the magic box the girl is in as one he sells. Problem is that the photo does not show the box in any way nor does the CSI team describe the magic box to the owner. "It was an illusion"
