In the scene right after Queenan falls to his death, a gunfight ensues between the cops and Costello's gang. As the gangsters are getting away in a van, several of the van's windows are shot out, including the back left one. The camera cuts to the cops shooting for a second, then back to the van, where the back left window is shot out again.
