In the scene after Dick "steals" his new lawn, he goes outside to check the mail. He pulls out the eviction notice from the bank. It clearly has his name, and street address BUT where's the city, state & zip!!!??? I know where I live, that would be returned right back to the sender... What an advanced postal system!
