Friends - Whats My Name Last Name Again??

In the episode after Chandler finds out he has to move to Tulsa, Monica calls her boss to see if there is any job openings for her in Tulsa. Listen closely, when she calls she says " Hi, this is Monica Gellar". Her and Chandler were already married cuz this was right after Emma was born,wouldn't it have been " Monica Bing"???

When people marry, the last name changes!!
