In the beginning, as Bruce and his dad are on their way to the Policeman's Ball, in the opening scenes the car doesn't have rearview mirror and neither character is wearing a seat belt. As they get a call and respond to a high speed chase, the dad puts on his seat belt and the mirror suddenly appears. Bruce isn't shown putting on his seat belt, but he appears wearing it after weaving through some slower traffic.
