Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith - Screwed Up Lava
When Obi-Wan and Anakin are fighting on the flowing lava after they escaped the lava waterfall, the pieces of rubble they are standing on are moving one way while the lava is flowing the other way.

I could be wrong, but I believe both of them are standing on robots that are navigating throught the lava. Regardless, they certianly both have enough force power to be able to move a piece of rock against a stream of lava with no problem.

They are both standing on droids that are apparently taking samples of the lava. Those droids move independently of the lava flow. Therefore, I don't think that this is a slip up. If you watch the "In one minute" featurette in disc 2, they do speak about a scene in which the lava is flowing backwards, but I believe that this would be the only slipup (which I believe they caught).
