In the scene when wolverine wakes up in the middle of the night and walks around the school, he ends up in the kitchen where Bobby is eating ice cream. When the mansion gets attacked and wolverine saves Bobby, the soldier fires his gun at Bobby and hits the ice cream container but you can see it come back after the soldier is killed by wolverine.
