In Charmed,Season 2:Episode 18(''Chick Flick'') the sisters are killing an axe murderer, who can only be killed by electrocution. The axe murderer is wearing a hat. After Prue throws the electric heater at him, Phoebe throws a bucket of water at him. The water throws his hat off but in the next shot of him, his hat is on again and then the last time we see him, it is off again.
