In the movie, Back to the Future, near the end, when Doc is rigging up the power line for the clock tower and the lighting, Doc has a large scab on the right side of his head. Very noticeable. In the new commercial, for directv, the scab on his forehead is now located on his left side.

Maybe done on purpose to see if we notice? or for a better picture? or just a plain mistake???
