I'm posting this because i don't believe anyone else has spotted it.

It occurs in the exciting scene which Ethan is being lowered into 'The Vault'. Whilst retrieving the N.O.C list he is suddenly dropped accidently. He then is suddenly hanging close to the pressure senctive floor (roughly 3 inches from the ground. Hands and legs splayed out)

The tension builds and two sweat drops begin to dribble down his glasses lens. They then fall (GASP!) A few slow-motion seconds later we see Ethan catch them in the palm of his hand (phew!)

Hey but wait? The slip-up?

He was hanging 3 inches from the ground. It would be simply IMPOSSIBLE to catch your dripping sweat while your face is that close to the ground!
