In the classic movie Rue Madeline, there is a scene in a hotel where a Nazi soldier is harassing the owner. James Cagney comes up from behind and hits the soldier on the head and renders him unconscious. He and the owner put him behind the reception desk to hide him. Because another soldier is on his way to the lobby. If you look at the wall behind the desk, you can see the shadow of the soldier's legs. And they are moving around. I guess the actor was trying to get comfortable.
