In the scene where Charlie visits his mom at work, he comes in as she is washing some clothes. You can see her front right shoulder has a huge wet spot as well as her stomach from the scrub board. When Charlie leaves and she moves into the doorway and starts singing to him, the spot on her shoulder is gone. The spot on her stomach is now smaller and below her waist too.
