In the Episode "Shanghaied" (renamed from "You Wish") near the end when the Flying Dutchman is chasing Spongebob, Squidward, and Patrick who got turned into fruits. The chase starts inside the van. The blender starts "hopping" around the room for about 2 seconds. Then, in probably less than a second, it changes scence and the Dutchman and the blender are on the roof.
