Near the end of "Justice" when Lister is fighting the simulant he makes him strangle him so as to choke himself (the effect of the justice field). At the end of that shot the simulant slumps back onto his back, yet 3 seconds later when the Cat arrives with a shovel the simulant can be seen sitting up reaching out at Lister.
