Seinfeld - Kramer's Apartment?

IN the c*ck fight episode, when Marcileano says he wont take Jerry's clown check down unless " Little Jerry Seinfeld" takes a dive, Jerry opens the window and looks up and yells to Kramer, " I'm is coming up, we've got a c*ck fight to win!" Kramer's apartment is across the hall not above Jerry's.
