On the (UK?)DVD of "Lupin the 3rd - Castle of Cagliostro", in the Special Features Section, the Trailers for "Akira" and "Ghost in the Shell" have been mixed up in order;

if you click on the link to "GITS", the "Akira" trailer will be played instead (and vice versa).
