Right before Patricia Arquette's first "attack" she is laying in

a bath tub and is startled by a dove appearing from nowhere.

As the bird flies off it drops a feather that lands in the tub

water right in front of Patricia.

When she reaches down to pick it up you can see the holes in her

wrists even though they haven't been inflicted yet.
