Duringe the "King of the Mountain" race, you can clearly see Rick take a drink of his beer and hold it in his mouth (not swallowing). There is another shot of him a few seconds later where he is smiling and laughing then he takes a jump and the rest of his beer flies out of his mug.

When the race is over, Rick spits the beer he had in his mouth back into his mug. How does that happen if he's smiling and laughing a few shots before?
