1. Go to "Los Santos".

2. Go to "Ocean Docks" where you did the mission with Ryder 'Robbing Uncle Sam'.

3. Between a big hangar and the boat close to the gate that you must shoot the electric panel to open it. You see a Forklift into the ground. only the roof is seen. You cannot drive it only shoot or stomp it until it explodes. if you leave the place and come back after a few minutes, it wil back but again in the ground.
