In the scene after Harry and Ron change back from being Crabbe and Goyle, they go into the girls restroom to find that Hermione was turned into a cat. When Hermione turns around and looks up, you can see an oval around her eyes for a second. Obviously, they were editing her eyes to look like cat eyes and neglected to disguise what they had done.
