In the episode the one with the secret closet. Its a whole thing about Chandler and Joey wondering what was in the closet because they have never known it to be open. Yet, in an earlier season in the episode, Chandler and Joey are in Monica's apartment watching TV and when they show Chandler, You can clearly see the closet in the background and it is open.
