In the old classic movie Invitation with Dorothy McGuire & Van Johnson, there is a scene with Van Johnson (Dan) and a girlfriend Maude, played by Ruth Roman. Maude has been waiting at Dan's apartment. When he arrives he finally tells her he's not interested in her. Later in the movie he's telling his now wife, Dorothy M. that he ran into Maude at a train station, and he says I haven't seen her since the day she came to my office. It was his apartment. Dan's office is never shown in the movie.
