This is the episode where a guy is killed at a Spanish festival and then it is written about in a Spanish song. Sarah is pregnant in the beginning. Near the middle it shows that she is skinny and not pregnant at all. Near the end, she is pregnant again!
Jorja Fox has a noticeable "pooch" in many episodes (not a pregnant belly, not fat, merely the way her belly protrudes when she stands in a relaxed position). That's the only thing I can come up with as being your explanation, since she's clearly not pregnant in any episode.
