When they kick Regina out of the table near the middle of the movie, you catch a glimspe of Cady's shirt which is pink with REBEL on it. But they said that they only wear pink on Wednesdays and Gretchen even says, "it's Monday."
Actually they never say they only where pink on wensdays. They just say that they have to wear pink on Wensdays. When they tell Cadi that Regina is wearing a shirt that has pink on it and that was a Tuesday.
