Just find an episode of Catchphrase, this slipup can be seen towards the end of most of them.

At the end of the episode, after the contestant has played the "Super Catchphrase", the audience are clapping as the theme tune starts and the credits start to roll. But then the camera angle will change to one from the ceiling, so that it can finish at the back of the room. The applause doesn't stop between these shots, even though in the second one the audience aren't clapping at all, but are just sitting down with their hands in their laps!
