If you watch the scene where Johnny gets a "thing" doll, immediatly after Grim smashes the doll against the wall, in the background there is a man wearing glasses, he is staring at the camera and almost immediatly, two arms come from the right, and pull him out of the shot!
This is hilarious and fun to watch over and over and over again
I see what you're talking about but all the extras are staring at the camera. I'm not sure why he was pulled out of the screen though, perhaps they wanted to show somebody wanting to hide their friend from The Thing
