In the episode "Carpe Demon" (Series 7) Miss Donovan astrally projects to the sisters to lure them into the trap. When she first astrals in, and in the following few shots her cloak is halfway down her left arm. In the last shot before she astrals back, however, her cloak is perfectly neat and tidy.
