After the charity ball when Lucy heads back to George's room, she sees June come out dressed in her slip and carrying some beers out of the fridge. When George comes out of the room and the shot is towards June, you can see in the background that the refrigerator door is still open. After a few seconds of talking, the shot is on June again, and the door is now closed. There is no possible way she could have closed the door because she never moves and we would have heard her.
