In the part of the movie where 007 and Taki are at the docks investigating the "Ning Po" ship. This is just after a car chase where the enemies car was just dropped into the ocean by a helicopter.

When 007 gets confronted by a forklift, he tries to leave but is approached by a group of thugs. This is where everything goes nuts, the two guys in front of him change in the very next shot, they are now way behind him. Also, Instead of Bond being next to sacks of cargo, there are now boxes. This is a huge blunder, you will slap your forehead when you realize you've watched this before and didnt catch it. I've seen the movie numerous times, but just now saw it!
