When Sephiroth kills Aeris you see him descending/falling from above during this time we see him ready his sword in that shot you see he is wearing no gloves, but in the scene where he pulls the sword out of Aeris chest/stomach hes wearing gloves.

Hows this possible since he didn't have time to change them?

Also! ... When Aeris praying, shes facing the stairs ... but when Sephiroth is removing his sword from her chest/stomach she isn't, she has her back to them.
