Wizard of Oz, The - Plastic or Wood?
Go to the scene where the group is walking through the haunted forest. (the haunted forest when they're looking for the witch's castle) Look at the staff that the scarecrow is carrying. A staff is supposed to be wooden right? This staff is obviously a hallow tube of plastic like a straw becuase you can see it bend when the scarecrow puts weight on the staff or leans on it.

Do you mean the Emerald Castle? Or perhaps, the witchs shack? I don't remember the movie that well, but I do remember that the witch didn't have a castle.

there are some woods that can flex especially when left out in the elements, as the scarecrow was left out in. the staff could have been pine, or even bamboo which is flexable, so this is not a slip-up

Ashley, the witch most certainly had a castle; in fact, the the climax of the movie takes place inside her castle.
